Simultaneous interpretation is perfect for a day-long event or a short international meeting.
We have simplified our options into three tiers based on the length of the job so we can adapt to your budget:
Mini conference:
anything under two hours
Half-day:
up to four and a half hours
Full day:
between four and a half hours and eight hours
For any given job usually two interpreters are required although sometimes there are exceptions if the event is particularly short. Let us know what your needs are and we will find the winning solution. We will be happy to send you a quote for your event.
Please be aware that certain language combinations may imply a surcharge
Some events require a different type of interpretation. Typically these are the meetings or events where we do not work in a booth either due to special considerations and space or technical constraints.
A meeting between two CEOs or a court appearance are prime examples of consecutive interpretation, where the message is relayed after one speaker finishes their idea.
Oftentimes chuchotage interpretation may be what is best for the meeting, where the interpreter whispers the message for the recipient(s). As with simultaneous interpretation, the same three tiers apply.
Are you feeling lost? Do you even know where to begin to organize an event needing interpretation? We have you covered! We will gladly assist you in organizing the event. Our experience will ensure that we find the right interpreters, the right technical partners and advise you on how to have the perfect, seamless event.
Count on us to deliver.
